We are a small local business that always puts our customer satisfaction first !!
We started out as a lawn maintenance company that had over 100 customers that we served beginning in 1992. As the lawn business grew,we where being asked by homeowners if we washed houses... so we purchased a small portable pressure washer to take care of everyone. We started getting more and more requests and it finally got to the point of hiring a new crew just to take care of the extra business of power washing.
In January 2017 we sold off the lawn care part of our business so we could focus on both residential and commercial exterior cleaning.
We started to reach out to a bigger area and are now serving a 50 mile radius from Lexington North Carolina 27292.
Charlotte,NC and Winston-Salem,NC being our main focus. We will go farther if it is a big job.
After one year of selling our other part of the business,we have been able to purchase a state of the art booster skid with a chemical proportioner that allows us to dial in the EXACT chemical mixture that we need for each job... what this means to our customers is , we only use the proper amount of chemicals for the job at hand !!
A lot of companies show up with a big tank already mixed and they only use that mix for every job on your property. This means they are using a weak mix on some tougher surfaces and a strong mix on the more sensitive surfaces. They are not giving their customers a professional cleaning result.
Our equipment allows us to reach up to three stories without getting on any ladders for most properties that we work on...this keeps us safer and most importantly...

All of our professional exterior house cleaning chemicals are purchased from only sources that deal with exterior cleaning companies, and we will tell you before starting exactly what we will be using on your property. Some people do have allergies and can be effected by some chemicals ...that is why we let our customers know what we will be using and the percent of mix too. THAT WAY EVERYONE IS SAFE !!!
Some of the other companies use dawn dish soap or laundry powers in the chemical mix that they are spraying on your most valuable thing...YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS BUILDING !!!
